Why Food Supplements? It would be best if we could eat nothing but whole foods for all of our meals. With today’s life style, this would be very helpful but not very practical. Even if we did that, however, our soil has been somewhat depleted over the years and even whole foods do not provide everything they once did or what the body needs. That is why we recommend food supplements. The right mix of supplements may be different for everyone but we have made a list of the things generally needed by everyone. Remember, more is not always better. When choosing supplements, quality, quantity and complexity are key. A small amount of a whole food can be more important that a large dose of a single vitamin.
