Home Remedies Lower Back Ache For muscular ache and pain in the lower back, a simple remedy from home can be done while in the shower. Bend forward and put your hands on your thighs to support as much of your body weight as possible, drape a towel over your lower back and let the hot water hit the sore area. Try to draw a figure eight in space with the lower part of your spine while the water hits. This should provide relief of muscular problems.
